"This page cannot be accessed directly"????

I did everything according to the instructions, but when I click to Submit, this is what is shows me on the screen.

What is the problem?

I've attached two scripts in a zip file. Unzip and upload them. If that does not solve the problem I will need access to your server if you want me to troubleshoot the problem, email me your ftp user name and password.

edit: login to see and download the attachment.
